1. V pristojnosti katere kolektivne organizacije je pobiranje nadomestil pri prodaji praznih fonogramov CD, DVD, VHS, trdih diskov, spominskih kartic, ipd.? Kako visoki so ti zneski in kam se zlivajo, ter razporejajo tako pridobljena sredstva?

Začasno dovoljenje za pobiranje nadomestila ima Zavod IPF. Višina nadomestil je določena v Uredbi o zneskih nadomestil za privatno in drugo lastno reproduciranje (Uradni list RS, št. 103/06).
