Sounds like Venice 2011

1st to 5th  June, ROMA.RADIO.ART.FAIR

From 1st to 5th June, ROMA.RADIO.ART.FAIR. was installed at the SPAZIO THETIS – Venice Arsenale for Sounds like Venice – sound art project, aural pavillon and multimedia blog from the heart of the 54. International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia.

Sound like Venice 2011 is curated by Ilari Valbonesi, Alessio Fransoni (ROMA.RADIO.ART.FAIR), in collaboration with Irena Pivka and Brane Zorman – radioCona (Ljubljana), NRBG – novi radio Beograd, Auropolis (Belgrade), bootlab.org (Berlin) – and the personal vocation of a site – Spazio Thetis – for the relationship between contemporary art and technological research dedicated to environmental themes, eco-compatibility and innovation in artistic forms and electronic communication.

The project will continue with new podcasts, audio and video contents added on a daily basis till november 2011, so please keep tuned to this channel, like the recent podcast by Cushman and Johannes Wilms (from radio project Colaboradio) who prepared a special episode entitled Was Fehlt? on Christoph Schlingensief.
