radioCona is joining the Reveil project by British art organization soundCamp in a day-long transmission that continuously from the microphone to the microphone at daybreak travels around the globe.
radioCona’s one day soundCamp will set on the KSEVT roof to broadcast and listen to the awakening sounds of our planet. At 5:46am on Sunday 3 May, radioCona will stream sounds of daybreak directly from Vitanje and join the worldwide network broadcasters and artists.
radioCona in-situ listening hub and stream: Saturday, May 2, (from 4:00pm) – Sunday, May 3, (to 6:00am)
radioCona Live stream; 5:46 am, Sunday, 3. May.
Reveil is a 24 hour broadcast of live daybreak sounds, realised by a global network of streamers, along with sounds from webcams, hydrophone observatories and independent channels. Relayed from our soundCamp near the Greenwich Meridian as well as a global network of local FM and netradio stations, Reveil travels West from microphone to microphone in a continuous live transmission lasting one earth day.
